Any changes to time/date of your booking should be advised at least 24 hours prior to booking.

Touch up session MUST BE completed within 2 months of original session, otherwise ‘refresh’ price will be charged. Most clients will only require the 1 FREE touch up session, but occasionally a second touch up will be required (as some skin types are less suitable, to no fault of ethereal eyebrows), which will cost $100.

You understand, agree and consent to the following regarding your cosmetic tattoo procedure:

• You acknowledge that the information provided on your client history form filled out at the start of your procedure accurately describes and reflects your current health to the best of your knowledge

• The treatment is for cosmetic purposes only.

• You cannot donate blood for 6 months from the day of the procedure

• You have been provided with an aftercare information sheet and aftercare product to be used which outlines what is required after the procedure for maintenance and up keeping, and you understand that failure to follow the aftercare instructions and use of aftercare product may lead to infection or fading of pigments.

• You are aware that you may require a follow up visit in 4-6 weeks from the date of the procedure, for the purpose of adjustments and/or touch-ups and you are entitled to one complimentary retouch session

• You consent to before and after photos being taken of the Cosmetic Tattooing procedure that Ethereal Eyebrows may use on our social media page.
